cool portraits out of the phoenix sun… | phoenix children’s portrait photographer

Why you may ask? Because, like I said earlier it was a million degrees out and I love to photograph people. Little young people mostly but people just the same. Knowing that about me… I am neither cruel or a masochist; I don’t want any of us to combust in the heat.

Time interview with Annie Leibovitz | Scottsdale portrait photographer

Here is a nice easy Sunday post that happens to be informative. I had nothing to do with it of course (other than to find it and think it a good idea), but it is worth posting none the less. Time interviews have been known to be good at times so why think otherwise now. The subject is the legendary Annie Leibovitz. Sit back, relax and get to know Ms. Leibovitz a bit better.

are they real? | phoenix wedding photographer

Here is a couple after my own heart. She works in the renewable energy sector and has a past that includes activism. He works for a company that deals with the nourishment of children in need. couple in paradise… | paradise valley wedding photographer

The paradise I referred to in the title is Paradise Valley of course. For those who don’t live in or around here (The Greater Phoenix Area) it is a nice place. A bit like Greenwich, CT with desert landscaping. The couple in question have strong ties to the area and wanted their engagement photos to reflect it’s natural beauty. I feel that has been accomplished with the added benefit of showing off how beautiful they are with a dollop of they really like each other (plus love). Not bad for a two dimensional medium without sound. What do you think?
