This past weekend, we ventured up to Date Creek Ranch just north of Wickenburg. An improbable spot for an apple orchard, or maybe I just think so because I’m from New England or because it was 96 degrees and I am used to apple picking being done in fall weather! Regardless, we headed northwest in search of apples.
